Donation of blood pressure measuring devices to Sri Lanka National Hospital.
Based on the request made from the Dharmavijaya Foundation by Dr. Shyamali Ekanayake, the Medical Specialist attached to the National Hospital, four Blood Pressures measuring devices were donated by the foundation for the benefit of the patients of Colombo National Hospital. The project was recommended by the Trustee of DVF, Dr. Mrs. Yasa Siriwardena. The donation took place on 18/08/2022 at around 10 am with the participation of Hon. Secretary Mr. H. B. Premaratne, the Manager Mr. Anura Pannipitiya and Mr. Prabodh C. Hapuarachchi. Specialist Dr. Shamali Ekanayake informed that two each of these devices will be used for wards No. 44 and No. 48 (female, male). For this donation, K. W. and G. P. Dharmavardhan Memorial Fund, Leela Kariyawasam Silmata Fund, Dr. D. S. Wijesinghe Fund and Muriel Salgado Funds were used by the Dharmavijaya Foundation.
