The annual blood donation for 2021 at the Dharmavijaya Foundation.
The annual blood donation as the 12th commemoration of Most Ven. Aggamaha Pandita Madihe Pannasiha Maha Nayaka thera was successfully conducted at the initiation of the Hon. advisor of the Dharmavijaya Foundation Ven. Thripitakacharya Shastrapathi Pandita Hakmana Sumanasiri and with the collaboration of the CIB of the Vijaya Group of Companies and the Dharmavijaya Foundation following the conditions laid by the National Blood Transfusions Service, the blood donation was held during the Covid lock down on the 22nd of August, the Nikini full Moon Poyaday at the Siri Vajiragnana Dharmayathanaya in Maharagama. Out of 108 person willing to donate only 85 qualified, 50 the number of blood gathered by the blood bank on the day was 85 pints.
