The year 2029 marks the 50th anniversary of the “Dharmavijaya Program”, which was started to fulfill the noble objective of Most Venerable late Madihe Pagnasiha Mahanayake Thero under the motto, “Let’s build the country by building the man”. The Board of Trustees of the Dharmavijaya Foundation has decided to launch a plan of five-year activity program to establish a Dharmavijaya social system that fulfills that objective in order to celebrate the “Golden Jubilee”.
Parallel to the proposed program, the Honorable Presidents of 13 Dharmavijaya Societies in Monaragala District, together with a group of members belonging to their Societies, gathered at the Monaragala Dharmavijaya Kendrya Center at Sri Bodhirukkarama Temple, Bibile on the 5th of October 2024.
Honorary Chairman, Honorary Secretary and Executive Members of the Board of Trustees of Dharmavijaya Foundation also participated and below are some photos showing the special moments of the conference.
