Program of Gampola – Kandy District on strengthening coordination between district central centers and Dharmavijaya Societies to re-establish the societies.
The first seminar in the Kandy district was held on 22nd February 2025 at the Sri Piyadarshanaramaya Viharaya, Kobbewela which is the Dharmavijaya Kandriya Center in Gampola under the series of seminars launched to uplift the villages through Dharmavijaya Societies by the time the Foundation celebrates the Golden Jubilee in five years from now. This will be achieved by strengthening the empowerment and coordination of the district Kandriya centers and Dharmavijaya Societies. On this occasion, the Venerable president Theros of Dharmavijaya Societies and the participating members were informed about the role and the service that can be rendered to the villages through Dharmavijaya Societies.
